1. Production & Dispatch

Custom Build Lead Time
All Leisure Lounges pieces are handcrafted to your exact specifications in our Smeaton Grange factory. Please allow 4-8 weeks from order confirmation for your item to be manufactured and prepared for shipment. -
Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an Order Confirmation email detailing your selections and estimated dispatch date. Please check carefully—any changes after this point may affect your delivery timeline.
2. Delivery Service & Coverage

Australia-Wide Delivery
We ship to all Australian states and territories. We partner with trusted freight carriers experienced in handling custom furniture. -
Delivery Timeframes

Metropolitan Areas: 3–7 business days from dispatch

Regional Areas: 5–10 business days from dispatch

4. Delivery Process

Pre-Delivery Contact
Our carrier will contact you 24–48 hours before delivery to arrange a convenient delivery window. -
On-Site Handling
Furniture will be delivered to your front door or garage. If you require room-of-choice placement or assembly, please let us know at the time of order so we can arrange a white-glove service (additional fees may apply). -
Inspection on Arrival
Please inspect your delivery immediately. Note any visible damage on the carrier’s paperwork before signing. Then email photos and your signed delivery docket to info@leisurelounges.com.au so we can resolve any issues swiftly.
5. Risk & Title

Title to the goods passes to you upon delivery, but the risk in the goods passes to you once they leave our premises. We recommend ensuring someone is present to receive and inspect your order.
6. Delays & Exceptions

Unforeseen Delays
Occasionally, weather, carrier disruptions, or peak-season volumes may impact delivery times. We’ll keep you informed of any significant delays. -
Address Changes
If you need to change your delivery address after dispatch, please contact us immediately. Additional charges may apply.
